Adding a page

  I have added a page on my blog called “Photo Archive” – is it possible to set it up like the “Home” page where at the bottom of the page people can click to see older posts – right now everything is on one long page.

  No it’s not possible. A static page is like a post: like one post. What you can do is split the page into a series of numbered pages using the nextpage tag; see here:
