Adding a page to my blog

  Hi! I’m trying to add a page to my blog.
  I have ‘Home’, ‘About Me’, and ‘Blog’. I want to add ‘About the Blog’.
  How do I do that??

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Either a Parent Page or a sub page are both added into the custom menu the same way.
