Adding a Paypal 'add to cart' button on my wp.com site

  I am trying to add a Paypal ‘add to cart’ button on my wordpress.com pages. Is this allowed by wordpress.com or do I need a wordpress.org blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
