Adding a pdf as a downloadable file

  I just cannot find how to add a pdf file to my blog. In the older version there was an Add Media button but I’m darned if I can find anything like it. Can someone help please?

  Go to your blogs dashboard and go to media>add new media

  It’s the little camera above the Write Post box. You can also go to your Dashboard and Media->Add New Media.
