  I figured out how to add it to regular pages, but still do not know how to add an image to my Blog Header.

  The theme you are using, Andreas09 does not support a custom header image. If you want a custom header image, you will have to choose a theme that supports it or learn CSS, buy the custom CSS upgrade and modify the CSS. There is no official wordpress support for custom CSS and few here that have much experience with it, so it’s best to learn CSS before buying the upgrade.
