  Hi,

  Yes, that should be possible. Here is how I would go about it:

  Create a page that will open when you click the Photos menu item.

  On that page, add two Gallery shortcodes (as described here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/gallery/#gallery-shortcode).

  Now, that page will come up when someone clicks on the Photos button and will display whatever galleries you have put there.
