Adding a picture

  I’m trying to add a picture to a post on a blog (I’m not an administrator). Can I do that? I don’t see the “media” option on the left.

  I’m assuming you are not asking about adding pictures or posts to this blog:
  http://fcapdeville.wordpress.com/ ?

  If you want to add pictures to a post on a blog where you are not the administrator, then you need to review what your role is and what permissions you have.
