Adding a piece of your post to archives

    (I just posted this question on Support and then realized I was probably in the wrong section)
    Newbie here,
    My blog is to be primarily about poetry. I hope to have at least one poem within each post and would like to add just the poem to archives with a descriptor if possible so that readers can click on the poem and retrieve it. Maybe archives isn’t the way to accomplish this. I’ve perused several such sites and they seem to be doing it in various ways…I just don’t know how. Thank you.
