  Hi There,
  The WordPress.com sites have lots of plugins pre-installed for you. You would only be able to add your own if you had a self hosted WordPress site.
  Here is a support page that explains our installed plugins and there is also a request option below if there is something you would really like added that is not offered already.

  If you do have a self hosted site, you can go to WordPress.org and you can search and install Plugins from this site: https://wordpress.org/plugins/
