  Hi there- I am trying to upload a plugin, how come this option isn’t available with my account?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Do you have a Business Plan with the website you’re working on? Only websites with the Business Plan upgrade can upload and install third-party plugins on a WordPress.com site.
