  i went to add aplugin called SpeakUp! Email Petitions plugin to my blog http://tobaccokillsug.com/
  to help get my petition signed pliz help me add it there.thnx

  We don’t allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org.

  However, we do have some really cool widgets. Perhaps one of those might meet your needs?

  There are no restrictions if you setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities. We have hosting recommendations at the following link if you are interested.
