  Hello, I miss an important functionality for a blog, which is the Newsletter. It would very useful to have a it available in wordpress.com. Thanks.

  Hi there!

  With a Business plan, you can upload custom plugins and themes.

  Tough WordPress.com does not offer a tool for creating your own custom newsletters; however, if you would like to offer a newsletter subscription, you can use a contact form that interested readers can fill out to be added to your newsletter list.
