Adding a Plugin to WordPress.org?

  Hi i have added the plugin to the plugin folder of my wordpress directory on my server, but i cant see any option on the wordpress interface to allow me to activate the plugin.

  can any one help me?

  You’ll need to go over to the forums on wordpress.org. This is for wordpress.com.

  We don’t have plug-ins.

  What you see in your control panel – presentation – widgets is what we have available.

  Exactly katm. WordPress.com is on a different software package than the one that can be downloaded from wordpress.org. We cannot install plugins here, but if you have the software from wordpress.org and still need help, then head over to:

  http://wordpress.org/support/
