adding a portfoilo page to MONOTONE?

  I’m using the monotone theme for my photo blog and eventually my primary website to send clients. i am currently picking out the best photo from a shoot and describing it and then providing a link to the rest of the gallery on smugmug. it would be really nice to have 2 new pages next to ‘archive’ and ‘about’ featuring my portfolio using the monotone theme and a link to my smugmug homepage from there but i am unable to add them. please help with this problem.

  Trust me, Monotone is a pain to work with but that link does hold your answer.

  That link shows you how. But it presupposes that you know how to create pages and links. Do you?

  well i think i figured out a way around it . use duetone theme link widget. and create new blogs and them duplicate every thing and it looks as tho its all the same website. when im done ill post an example.

  I can’ comprehend why you would choose to do that? Aren’t your aware of how Google and other search engines view duplicate content? Do you want to see your blog’s PageRank fall into the black abyss? Obviously we cannot get relevant search results from search engines when people are duplicating the same content everywhere across the net. That’s not a solution.   * Don’t create multiple pages, subdomains, or domains with substantially duplicate content.
  * Avoid… “cookie cutter” approaches emulating affiliate programs with little or no original content.
