Adding a post page

  Hello everyone! Sorry for asking too much, first of all.
  So, I’ve moved to a Static Front page. I’ve added the Home page but I don’t know how to add the blog post page. Please help.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Being more specific:

  So, you guys can check out the blog. There’s the ‘Welcome To Pleastyl’ page and down there, there are my latest posts. I’ve added a widget. But that’s not the problem. When I went to Customize>Static Front Page there was two options: A list of your latest post and A static front page (Ah, not correct but still). I selected the second option. And there popped out two more things. In the first button, I’ve had to add a home page, which I created. In the second one, I will have to add a page for my posts. So, how to create a page for my posts? I mean, if I create a page like the previous one, wouldn’t I have to update it every time a new posts is posted? Is there any other way?
