Adding a post to a page

Hello. I am a complete newby here. Trying to create a website. I had one years ago on a different platform and was completely idiot friendly for a non-tech person like me. haha I want to be able to write a blog post and have it appear not just on the front page (home page) but specifically on a page that the post is about. For example, as a reiki practitioner and plant based health coach, I might want to write a post about reiki and post it to the reiki page but not have it on the plant based article page. I do have, so far, ‘reiki’ and ‘plant based’ as clickable options under my header. But when I do a test post, I can’t figure out how to get that test post to the right page (either on ‘reiki’ or ‘plant based’). Hope I am making sense! How do I put the post where I want it?
