Adding a Preloader to a Premium Plan WordPress site

  Hello,
  I am curious to know if a Premium Plan WordPress site qualifies to add a custom preloader?
  If so, would you be so kind to share em a link where I can understand the steps of adding such a preloader?

  Hey there,

  If you are familiar with CSS, you can set up a preloader with instructions you can find online. For that, all you will need is the Premium Plan. Otherwise, there are plenty of preloader plugins you can find and install easily, but plugins are only available with the business plan:
