Adding a recently published new page to the sidebar
-
Hello. It’s a long time since I last managed my website and the design has changed in the meantime. I would like to add this page to the Sidebar, but I’m unable to find how and where to do it. I ask you kindle instruct me how to achieve this. Thanking you for your kind attention I remain sincerely yours, Roberto
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Are you referring to the Recent Posts widget https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/recent-posts-widget/?
-
It is not a post, but a page. All my previous pages are shown as links in the Sideboard, in alphabetical order (according with their title´s first word). The new page should appear in the Sideboard and in its correct alphabetical location.

hi dear “timetief”, thank you very much for your reply!!! I succeeded, it´s there where it should be!!!
-
by the way, I see your reply has a photo at the left, my questions only show a drawing, how may I replace this with a photo?
-
It’s good to know you succeeded. :)
The image is called a gravatar/avatar.
A wordpress.com account and a gravatar account are one in the same thing.
Why Does Gravatar Say I Already Have an Account?
http://en.gravatar.com/support/existing-account/You can use one gravatar image for each username account. It will apply to all sites referred under the same username account. And, the Gravatar help link is http://en.gravatar.com/support/
Gravatar/blavatar (favicon) images do not show up instantly after uploading them. Gravatar images are cached and frequently take several days to display after a change.
For best practices for uploading gravatars, avatars and blavatars scroll down to below the video here: http://onecoolsite.wordpress.com/2010/01/24/gravatar-avatar-blavatar/
Dashboard → Settings → General
* Replace “http://INSERT_NAME_OF_BLOG” below with the actual name of your blog in the URL
http://INSERT_NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php
Do not keep uploading!
Do not forget to select an image rating.
Know that other bloggers can choose not to display any “erotic” gravatar’s on their site.See: http://en.support.wordpress.com/avatars/blavatars/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/avatars/gravatars/To enable Gravatar display and hovercard display on your blog go to Dashboard > Settings > Discussion and scroll way done the page to “Avatars”. http://en.support.wordpress.com/gravatar-hovercards/
