Adding a row of pics with links under menu bar, above blog post/sidebar

  Still asking for help. I’d like to post a row of pictures that are clickable (with links) just under the menu bar, so they fit all the way across the screen. Can anybody help me with where to put this code, so it shows up in the right place, please? I’d like the row of pictures to be above the blog post and sidebar, at all times, is this possible? (I know the code for the pics/links) I just need to know where to place it, please?

  Hi there, this isn’t something that can be done with CSS. It would require modifications to the theme HTML/PHP script files, and because WordPress.com is a multi-user environment where we all share the same theme and WordPress files, we cannot edit those files.
