Adding a second primary domain

    we have two subdomains that should point to to two different blogs located within our two stores. Is is necessary to open another wordpress.com site in order to make this work? Currently WordPress is only allowing for 1 to be a primary domain.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Howdy,

    Yes, if you would like the different domains to point to different blogs, starting a second blog would be the way to go. You can add one using the link at the bottom of the My Blogs page: http://wordpress.com/my-blogs/

    While each blog can have multiple domains associated with it, they would all point to the same actual site. Multiple sites should be able to take care of you if I understand your goal correctly.
