adding a second site to my wordpress

    Hi, i have a website already with WP and Elementor pro installed in it.

    I would like to set up a new second website. All the help threads on here are slightly dated and whats shown is not not reflected with update version of WP.

    for instance, the + Add New Site is no longer at the bottom left corner!

    There is a “+ New” tab on the top menu bar but it does not have add new site in there! am i just missing the obvious? please help!
