Adding a second website

  Hi there. I hope what I have a simple question. I have the website irateperthdrivers.com (premium package) and would like to create a second website (totally unrelated). Can someone please tell me how to do this. I purchased the domain name livecuesportscoring.com yesterday but just added it to my existing site. This is the site I want to create independent of the first. Many thanks (I’m not a super computer literate person so simple language would be good)!

  It depends what you mean by “totally unrelated.” To be totally unrelated, you need to log out and create an entirely new account via a new email and use that account to create the new site.

  thanks raincoaster – so it’s not possible to use the same email address for both sites? Totally unrelated refers to the content of each site. One site holds information about road safety and the other will display live scores for a sport. With that in mind do I still need to create a new email address and then a separate log in/account with wordpress to host the new site?

  Yes, it’s totally possible to use the same email address for both sites. It’s just “contamination” ie they are not totally separate. Just go to the list of My Blogs in the grey admin bar and then click New Blog.

  Hi!

  On a related question, if we bought Premium for our first site, will the premium features (especially no ads) carry across to the second site or do I need to purchase premium for the second site?
