Adding A Service Comparison Chart To Site

Hello, I was curious if it was allowed on a wordpress.com site if it was within the terms and conditions to add a comparison chart to a blog? The blog would pertain to a service or hobby I am passionate about; say event planning. The table would then outline three tiers of event planning services I could offer if followers enjoyed my ideas and wanted to have my input towards the planning of their event. I really appreciate any assistance and I apologize if any of this seems unclear.
