Adding a "Sign-up for blog" button to email or website

  Hi,
  I want to create a way that links users directly to sign up to receive emails of the blog when they are sent out. Is there anyway to insert a link that allows users to input their information to get blog updates on my website or through an email?
  Also, is there a way to make the email blasts only contain a portion of the post and direct the users to my blog to read the rest?
