adding a skype call function to phone number on 'contact us' page

On our phone number, I would like to add the option where when they click on it they can directly call us via skype. How do I do this?

Clicking a button and calling directly in Skype is normally done through JavaScript, which is not supported by WordPress.com – https://en.support.wordpress.com/code/
If this feature is essential, you could eventually to move to a self-hosted site via WordPress.org.
