Adding a Skype service

I wish to add a Skype service to my Blog that would allow me to do life coaching with clients and have the fee processed through PayPal. Is this possible on WordPress? I believe I would need the $300 dollar business page to do this. Any info you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Hello there, you have two choices:
If you choose to keep your WordPress.com account as-is, you can add a PayPal button to process your fee. If you do this, the Skype function would have to take place outside of your site. You could have clients contact you to set up a Skype call, and you’d initiate the call manually.
If you want a more cohesive, automated system, you would actually want to move to a self-hosted site via WordPress.org, rather than upgrade to WordPress.com Business.
On a self-hosted site, you can add the Skype plugin:
