Adding a Subscription Product to my website
-
Hello, I’d like to learn how to add a subscription product to my website.

See here for installing the follow blog widget https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/follow-blog-widget/
You can also use the Blog Subscription Shortcode https://en.support.wordpress.com/blog-subscription-shortcode/
You cannot use the MailChimp embed code or the Aweber embed code and cannot create a pop-up on a wordpress.COM hosted blog. You can create a sign up page on MailChimp or on Aweber only and link to it.
If you want to use MailChimp with your WordPress.com site here’s the info from MailChimp Support http://kb.mailchimp.com/article/how-to-add-a-mailchimp-signup-form-to-your-wordpress-blog

Thanks for the answer, but I know how to add the mailchimp sign up form and so… I need a paypal subscribe button because people must pay. I created the button at paypal and I found a plugin to add it to the blog but I think I can only install plugins on a paid plan blog, is that right?

Yes.
eCommerce is not possible on a wordpress.COM hosted blog unless you have a Business upgrade for $299. per year in US funds. See here:
for all the details http://store.wordpress.com/plans/business/
https://en.support.wordpress.com/ecommerce/Otherwise, provided you are selling only what you yourself make or a service that you personally provide you have two options.
(1) PayPal – Know that the only instructions that will work for posting a PayPal donation button on a WordPress.com blog are found here http://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/
(2) If you set up an eCommerce site somewhere else online you can create a custom menu http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/ and include a custom link to that site in it. http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#adding-custom-links
Some bloggers create a contact form https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/ on a page and after the people have made a PayPal donation they provide the link to a private page for downloading files. Maybe that will work for you.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/page-visibility/It’s important to understand that wordpress.COM hosted blogs have code restrictions https://en.support.wordpress.com/code/.
Blogger installed plugin capability does not exist on WordPress.COM blogs and aside from the plugins stated here https://en.support.wordpress.com/ecommerce/ there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/This guide will explain how to move your WordPress.com site to another hosting platform: Moving to a Self-Hosted WordPress Site
https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-to-a-self-hosted-wordpress-site/We provide support only for sites hosted by wordpress.COM.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
As you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
Resetting your WordPress.ORG password http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_PageSee also https://apps.wordpress.org/support/
