Adding a Survey to my wordpress.com blog

    I want to add a survey to my blog. I want to include it in a wordpress page/post or link to one externally. I have no idea of HTML code or how to go about one so if someone could give me hints/tips I’d be forever in your debt.

    PollDaddy is no good to me because I want to get all data available (like where the IP address’s came from) and I don’t want to have to spend money on a service.

    There is plenty of free survey sites you can use for free
    Google is your best friend. :)
