Adding a Table to WordPress.com

  I’m very new to WordPress so please be gentle! My blog is hosted by WordPress.com. I’d like to add a table to one of my posts or pages.

  I tried using the <table></table> tabs to the page, however it’s not being rendered as a table.

  What am I missing? Please note that I am NOT hosting my own WordPress, so any references to uploading a plugin do not apply – at least that’s what I’ve been able to figure out so far.

  I think I figured it out. I have to change from “Visual” to “Text” and then I can use HTML. Is that right?

  Hi there,

  You are indeed correct! You just need to be entering the code in the “Text” window and you can program in your tables.

  Let me know if you run in to any other issues.
