Adding a Template

I have found a template for wordpress online that is available for download. It can be found here (http://www.askgraphics.com/freetemplates/category/wordpress-themes/) and is the Dark calssic Theme. I have a wordpress.com account and blog and I was wondering how to install it on my blog.

you cant install it unless you have a self hosted blog and since you have a wordpress.com you just cant install it
