Adding a text box to a page

  Sorry if I did not use the right terminology, my brain is a little fried right now :)

  I am writing a page for a blog and would like to add a text box in the body of the page to present some technical information in a little off-set area. I’d like to have it visually separated from the rest of my text with a coloured background, and to allow the main text of my blog to flow around it.

  An example of what I want: the Contents box on http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/#create-a-new-page

  I have not upgraded from the free version, and I am using the twentyten theme. Is it possible to get this effect, and if so, how?
