  How can I upload a free blog theme? It says I need a business plan, but the theme says its free.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There are limits to what you can do with a WordPress.com free plan. You can only
  activate any of the free or Premium themes that are found in the WordPress.com themes showcase.
  https://wordpress.com/themes
  Other themes (even free ones) found on the Interweb and really designed for the WordPress.org software can only be used here by upgrading to the WordPress.com Business plan.
