adding a theme

Hi there I’m trying to add a theme that I just downloaded, however there is no Add Theme button on my theme tab.
Can someone help me to upload the new theme?

Business plan allows users to add premium theme, custom theme, theme purchased from outside.
You can see add theme button if you have business plan.See below link for uploading custom theme
