adding a third party widget to my welcome page

  i would like to put a weather forcast on my home page.
  i have the script for it and just need to know where to paste it so that i can have it on show on my webpage. can this be done, and if so – how.

  please note i not a programmer and no next to nothing about HTML so plain simple advice would be welcome. thanks

  These widgets probably require some sort of javascript, which is not permitted here at WordPress.com. There is an unofficial guide on how to show weather forecasts on your blog, though.
