adding a title

  how do i add a title to the BookLite theme? have followed instructions on your support pages to no avail. by default there is ‘ABOUT’ & ‘HOME’- those are titles, right? i see on other BookLite-theme blogs & the sample you offer that we can add to those (eg, on sample there is ‘home’, ‘a parent page’, ‘html elements’, etc) & i would like to add some. so i go to the Dashboard – Appearance- Menus…then i add a Menu Name (to test i’ve put ‘123’), click ‘Create Menu’, am told ‘The 123 menu has been successfully created’ so then i click ‘Save Menu’. but when i go back to my blog it’s not there, still just ‘about’ & ‘home’. have been trying for days. pls help!

  a) Those aren’t just titles, they are links (to static pages, if you use the regular menu of the theme, to whatever you like, if you replace it with a custom menu).
  b) You’re confusing menus with menu items. See here for more:
