adding a title & tags to a blog in retrospect

  HELP, I already published my FIRST BLOG ,however I saw nothing about adding TAGS nor ADDING A TITLE.
  CAN I ADD TAGS AND TITLE TO MY FIRST BLOG ONCE IT’S BEEN PUBLISHED OR AM I TOO LATE; DO I NEED TO DELETE & START OVER? HELP??!!!!!!!!!!!
