Adding a ''top of the page'' button

Hi, I have a french blog on WordPress, and may I say I’m very pleased with your platform…it offers many opportunities to make a real nice and reachable blog! However, there’s one thing I cannot seem to get. I have the basic bundle. Since my pages are quite long, I would very much like to add a ”top of the page button”, but there’s no HTLM widgets available, so I can simply add it to my blog like I was with my other blog on Blogger. No need to say though, that I really prefer WordPress now, who was suggested by a good friend of mine. Please, let me know as soon as possible if I can add this button and how to add it. My blog’s title is MIGRATION X3. Thank you for taking the time to answer me and for all your good work.
