Adding a User Forum to our WordPress.com blog site?

  We pay for the Premium plan and host our company blog there. Is there any way to add or embed a User Forum? I see that we can’t upload our own external plug ins, I was hoping there was a way to add a User Forum. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
