Adding a Video to a Static (permanent) Page, not to a Post

  Hi,

  I have a video for my blog that I would like to put up on a static page. I can see where to add a video link in Post form, but not in Page form. Any help would be appreciated.

  These are the video embeds that WordPress.com supports for all of our blogs – no upgrade required. http://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/

  See here for the videopress upgrade which allows you to upload videos from your computer for hosting and playback directly within your blog.
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/videopress/ But note that if you upload your own videos to youtube or fileden, etc. that you don’t need to purchase the upgrade. Lastly, there is no discount or coupon of any kind for any upgrades here.

  If it is a standard YouTube or Vimeo video it will work on a page as well as a Post – if it will work on a Post is should work also on a Post
