Adding a video to my blog

  How do I post a video I’ve created on my blog? I’ve created some fitness clips which I’d like to include in my blog, the videos are currently saved on my laptop.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Do you have the videopress upgrade? http://en.support.wordpress.com/videopress/

  If you first upload your videos to youtube or another supported site then you do not need to purchase the upgrade.

  Does anyone know if I still have to purchase videopress even if I upgrade to premium?
