adding a widget

  Good day
  I recently joined a product sharing site and I desire to include their widget on my blog page. How do I go about adding a widget?
  This is the widget:

  We cannot post any advertising widgets, javacsript widgets or iframes on wordpress.COM blogs. That widget is for WordPress.ORG sites.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
