Adding a wordpress button to my other site
-
Hello,
I’d like to add a little wordpress button (which would link to my blog) on my other site. similar to a twitter button or a Facebook “like” button. Is there anyway this would be possible? I’ve been looking around and there seems to be no easy way.
i hope this makes sense!
Thanks in advance!
Natalie

Well, that makes it more difficult.
All you want is just a button that links to your blog? You can do that in HTML, but I don’t know where you’d put it on the other site: do you have a sidebar?
To write the HTML if you don’t know how, just go to write a draft Post. Use the visual editor and get it looking the way you want more or less, keeping in mind how much space you have to play with; don’t make it wider than the sidebar. Then, once it’s more or less what you want, click the HTML tab, copy all the code, and paste it in your other website wherever you want it to show up.

I have the link on my site. Not I just need it so be the “WordPress” icon instead of the word “blog”, Any idea how to do that?
I don’t want the blog to be there, just a little wordpress button or widget or whatever. Maybe i’m not being clear :( Maybe it’s not possible to do that?

I think you need to ask withtank support. Basically it sounds like a linked image would do what you want, we just don’t know how withtank.com supports that
