Adding a world clock to a free blog

  Hi, I’m trying to figure out how to add a world clock to a free blog (where it would display times in Taipei and DC or something like that). Things are looking really limited due to the code restrictions on free blogs, so I’m wondering, has anyone found a way around this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
