adding additional footer credit

  Currently I am using the premium membership for a client and I’m okay with it saying powered by wordpress, but is there a way to also add a disclaimer through coding with using a premium plan? Please help

  Howdy!

  Unfortunately, this is not possible on the WordPress.com Premium plan.

  If the site is upgraded to the WordPress.com Business plan, you will be able to remove the WordPress.com branding as mentioned on this page. https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  Hi @mattbergerlaw, this is possible. Add the following to the site custom CSS and you can edit the My Disclaimer text to show what you need. I also included a color declaration and a font size adjustment so that it is a little more prominent than the powered by WordPress.com text.
