Adding admins

    Hi,

I have created a page as part of my job but hadn’t realised I wasn’t logged in as my work profile @esrolearning. To comply with our policy and Freedom of Information audits, the page needs to be traceable to my work address so I have invited my work account to be an admin but I haven’t received the email from WordPress. I only seem to be able to receive the WordPress email when I add @esrolearning as a viewer, not an administrator. The site address at the moment is one of the sites under my creative writing pseudonym. I don’t want this profile to be connected to things I am doing at work.

Please can you help? If I can’t transfer the https://lgbtqequalsme.wordpress.com/ domain to be owned by esrolearning I want at least to be able to add it as an admin and then I can manage the site through that account.
I am also trying to add other colleagues as admins as this is a cross department project with young people and this is part of our safeguarding control measures but although it says the invitation has been sent I don’t think my colleague has received it.
    Many thanks and best wishes,

    Isilda
