Adding advertise to my free wordpress blog

  I have some questions regarding advertise

  1) Mine is free wordpress blog. Can i add advertise (like google adsense or other third party) to my blog?
  2) If I cant add, then what is the procedure to go for advertise?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  While most affiliate links and sponsored posts are allowed on WordPress.com, we do not allow image ads or third-party advertising networks like Google AdSense, OpenX, Lijit, BuySellAds, and Vibrant Media.
