Hi Jess,
I see you want to shift your blog posts distributed on different page. You can achieve this by creating category pages.
Follow these steps to have Category Menus:
– Go to My Sites > Settings > Writing > Category
– Create a Category
https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/categories/#adding-categories-via-the-site-settings
– Go to My Sites > Themes > Customize > Menus
– Select the Primary Menu
– Click on Add Items
– Select the Category
– Click Save & Publish
– Edit the published blog post and assign the category to itNow every time you add a post to that category it will be listed on that category page.

Based on my understanding, I believe you wish to change the pink colour of Menu bar. There is no direct way of doing it. However, this can be achieved by CSS Customisation.
The code snippet below will change the color of menu bar. You can alter the hex code as per your color preference..main-navigation { background-color: #ccc; }To enable CSS Customiser you need to buy either of Premium or Business upgrade plan. Only these 2 plans offer Advanced Design Customisation feature.

The background color of the primary navigation menu bar can be changed on a free site by clicking the Palettes button at Customize > Colors & Backgrounds > Background, and choosing from the six available palettes.
