  How can I add an admin onto my blog so that he/she can post too?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  Just invite a WordPress.com member as a contributor, and assign them to a contributing role. See the relevant Inviting Contributors, Followers, and Viewers and the User Roles support pages for instructions and information. In the latter, please notice the following warning:

  Nothing is off-limits for Administrators, including deleting the entire site. This is why we recommend having only one administrator per blog.
