Adding an admin to a site

    Hi, I’ve just started as a Digital Marketing assistant for a company and need access to their website.

    When the current admin of the site tries to add me as a user on the site I don’t get an email with my login url or password. This is what it says should happen when I look online.

    I have created this account using the email he is trying to add to the site to see if it would help but I am still getting no login information sent to me when I am added as a site admin.

    Does anyone know what the problem could be and how we can fix it?
