Adding an Administrator and using their custom url

    Hello! I made a mock website for a friend, and now they want to use the site for their organization. However, they already have a WordPress.com site with a custom url. We want to replace their current site with my new site. Is it possibly to add them as an administrator to my site, and then transfer the custom url to my site?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    That is possible, but a couple things to note:

    1) It might make more sense to transfer ownership of the site to them so they can have full control over it. Then they can contact us and we can transfer the domain between different sites in their account. This is, of course, unless you need to retain ownership of the site for some reason, but also be aware that having a site owner and upgrade owner be two different users can lead to complications later when the upgrade needs to be renewed.

    2) Any request to transfer a domain between sites will need to come from the username that owns the domain, regardless of whether you transfer the site to them or add them as a user with the site in your account.
